Within 24 hours of listing our home for sale with Kara, Casa Dream Team initiated an aggressive marketing plan. The marketing plan included a complete media package with a 3D virtual tour, still photography and exterior drone shots that were excellent. Marketing also included a house viewing by a group of real estate professionals, an Open House for the public, as well as traditional multiple listing services. As a result of this “fast start”, our house sold in 16 days!
